    This is a superbly useful resource for any athlete who’s serious about ninja success! Whether a blooming rookie or ANW veteran, this training manual provides guidance as well as crucial information and insight for optimizing yourself; physically and consciously. Though it is chock-full of in depth expert knowledge, the manual could not be more easy to read and practical. It is not only concise but it is also personal. Written like a guide from a friendly personal trainer rather than a thesis with the highfalutin language most expect from an experienced Doctor. I highly recommend this for anyone who truly desires to progress to the highest level of ninja athleticism!

    This guide is great and if you’re looking to train up to become a ninja, this is the best place to start!

    I looked all over the web for something similar before I stumbled across this guide and I didn’t find anything else along the way. What I did find was other ANW competitors offering personal training for lots of money but nothing that just offers sound basics to get on the right path. This guide is what I was needed.

    The guide keeps it simple and straightforward and honest. Did I do a triple-take when I saw that Month One lists workouts that include 100 pull-ups per workout? You bet. Is it gonna take me a couple months to even be able to do the Month One routine? Yes. But once I do I’ll have a great foundation for the rest of the training.

    My background is in mountain biking, road cycling, and heavy weightlifting. I definitely recommend a baseline of physical activity before starting this routine or at least scaling up to it. Let the advice on diet thoroughly sink in and give a real shot. You might end up liking it and feeling better than you ever thought possible – I sure did.

    Pair this guide with the Wolfpack Ninja podcast and don’t be shy about emailing the ninjas – this was the best part. I had several specific questions just about Month One and I got quick replies with more details and great advice on how to get started!

    Can’t go wrong with this manual – yes it’s kinda weird in an age of “free previews” to just have to buy it outright on trust sight unseen – but it’s so worth it and there’s nothing else like it out there.
