Good point Meagan. Getting enough sleep might be the MOST important part of my training. If I don’t get at least 8 hours/night, I don’t recover from my workouts as quickly, so don’t get as strong. Any time I can sleep in, I do. And if I have to wake up early, I make sure I go to sleep 8-9 hours before my alarm. I tend to sleep better when I journal in bed instead of instead of watching TV, but I usually do just watch TV :-/ I’ll have to try that eye mask trick!
