Goji berries are full of amino acids and boost HGH. Chia seeds are full of omega-3 fatty acids and are a natural energy booster. Hemp seeds are up to 33% protein and full of heart-healthy GLA (gamma linoleic acids). And dark greens like watercress are a huge source of antioxidants, which keep your cells healthy by scavenging free radicals and preventing oxidation.
