Hey little ninjas! Today I want to talk about how important a good night of sleep is. I’ve grown up with technology, but not in the same way you all have! Today there are so many screens that can distract us and we are finding out that it can effect our sleep too! I am just as guilty of having trouble sleeping because I’m looking at my phone or computer too much, but I have a few tricks to help prevent that!
One trick I’ve discovered is sleeping with an eye mask on. Some people might find this uncomfortable, but if you can find the right eye mask it can do wonders for your sleep. The minute I put mine on my head I start to get sleepy. I am one of those people who falls asleep to tv or a movie, which isn’t a great thing to do, but I’ve discovered a way to make it work. If I turn the brightness on my computer all the way down and the set the volume really low, I will fall asleep immediately! Hope these tips are helpful! Sleep well everyone!!!
