Goji berries are full of amino acids and boost HGH. Chia seeds are full of omega-3 fatty acids and are a natural energy booster. Hemp seeds are up to 33% protein and full of heart-healthy GLA (gamma linoleic acids). And dark greens like watercress are a huge source of antioxidants, which keep your cells healthy by scavenging free radicals and preventing oxidation. I’m also a big fan of raw cacao beans, which are the #1 source of natural magnesium and help to boost PEA in the brain (phenylethlamine, the bliss chemical!) In terms of medicinal herbs, I’m a big fan of Mucuna Pruriens, which is full of L-dopa, which, yes, helps to increase the neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain. Also a huge fan of cordyceps mushroom, which is a potent energy booster that’s been used by the Japanese Olympic team for decades.
